Civil & Labor law
OVERVIEW
Having Corporate Law as our primary practice area and corporations as our core clientele makes Civil Law, including Labor and Employment Laws, our fundamental legal knowledge and skills, advising Employers, Employees, and Syndicates.
The Practice of corporate law demands experience across various industries and services; it requires knowledge and skills in Business Law, Tax Law, Contract Law, and Labor Law, among others, and implicates negotiation skills.
BLF Labor and Employment attorneys advise clients on various matters, ranging from the legality of performing background checks on potential employees to whether an individual should be treated as an employee or an independent contractor under labor and tax laws. We also advise our clients on issues relating to human resources, disciplinary actions, employment contracts, contract termination, employment and social security rights and obligations, and compensation plans.
OUR TEAM
Our Corporate Team members are recognized for their experience; several have served as general or in-house counsel at companies or organizations.
Mrs. AYYASH has gained an extent of experience by serving as a Consultant to the FENASOL (The National Federation of Workers and Employees Unions); she takes care of the legal relationship between the employees and our corporate clients. She advises the clients and their employees on both rights and obligations related to the Labor Law and the relevant Regulations; she tries to eliminate unnecessary conflicts by setting an amicable settlement most of the time.
Mrs. AYYASH achieved the Leadership Training Program with the Columbia Business School, a Leadership Course Customized for WSG members.
