The ADR department is led by a retired judge and consists of three divisions: Arbitrators, Mediators, and Attorneys. The ADR team members have dedicated their profession to Arbitration or Mediation.

BLF's ADR is committed to dynamism in the face of growing client needs and an ever-evolving legal climate. Since its inception, the department has always committed to solving problems by providing a professional, comfortable environment and exceptional customer service. We believe in solving the problem, not just resolving the disputes!

The department handles Arbitration cases in different fields of the Law, including Business, Trade, Franchise, Construction, Employment, Personal Injury, Debt Recovery, Insurance Recovery, and many more, representing clients' cases in Lebanon and abroad

OUR TEAM

BLF ADR Team has significant academic education and remarkable professional journeys, combining the two major legal systems, the Civil and the Common Law.

Its Chair, Mr. Chahdan JEBEYLI, a retired Judge who served as a member of the Commercial Chamber of the Instant Court of Beirut, who then resigned and rejoined the Boston University School of Law, graduated in 1992 with an LLM in International Banking, joined the New York Bar Association, and accredited as an Arbitrator in multiple Arbitration Centers across the continents, ICC among others.

Mrs. Maghi AYYASH has a Master I in judicial Career and a Master II in litigation, Arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the "Filière Francophone De Droit" (Lebanese University, accredited by the University of Pantheon Assas-Paris II).

In addition, the ADR department comprises an exceptional concept for Inter-companies Insurance Recovery. BLF acts as a Mediator between the Insurance Companies for their inter-companies' subrogation claims, assisting them to recover their claimed amounts in a very efficient, amicable, and costless process. This process is practiced by Mr. Christian MAJDALANI, who has extensive Insurance Recovery experience for over twenty years.
